ACLA In-house Lawyers Practice Manual
The ACLA In-house Lawyers Practice Manual is produced by Middletons for the exclusive use of Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (ACLA) members.
The Manual covers 39 areas of law and topics of interest for ACLA members (see chapter listing below), and has been jointly developed by ACLA and Middletons specifically and exclusively for ACLA members.
Middletons keeps the Manual relevant and up-to-date, revising chapters as the laws change or new information comes to hand so that it continues to keep you apprised of legislative, regulatory and industry changes as they occur. Middletons also adds new chapters to the Manual periodically.
The Manual is available only via the Reading Room in the Members' section of the ACLA website.
For more details on ACLA, please see the ACLA website.
