Dudley joined Middletons' Technology Group from the London office of Shell International Limited where he advised IT procurement teams based out of Europe, USA and Asia Pacific. He practises across a range of areas in this space and has worked in private practice and inhouse in Australia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. He is admitted to practise in Victoria, South Australia and England and Wales.

He advises a range of Australian and international customer and supplier clients on their technology and outsourcing requirements with a particular focus on global outsourcing and offshoring transactions.
His practice requires extensive travel and he regularly travels to Europe and beyond to negotiate deals directly on the ground. Examples of recent matters include advising on the rollout of new base locations for an international client's key application suppliers in India (Bangalore and Mumbai), Philippines, and across South America.
Dudley is a member of IPSANZ, the Law Society of England and Wales and Licensing Executives Society.
