Shayne has more than 15 years experience advising clients in the insurance industry.

Shayne advises clients on the following types of insurance:

• directors and officers liability insurance
• trustee and responsible entity insurance
• financial institutions insurance
• fidelity insurance
• public and product liability insurance

Shayne also has experience in drafting all types of financial risk policies and in conducting the defence of professional indemnity and directors and officers claims. Shayne acts for a range of professionals including solicitors, accountants, stock brokers, financial advisors and financial institutions.
