• Trade Practices advice
• protection of intellectual property and related issues
• ACCC investigations
• corporate structuring, acquisitions, disposals and mergers
• international operations
• general commercial agreements.

Chris has advised clients in the manufacturing, retail and trade industries. Chris is particularly involved with the franchising industry through his membership with the Franchising Council of Australia.
